PROBLEM DISCOVERY
PROBLEM DEFINITION
Users struggle to understand and debug the product, resulting in low customer satisfaction and high after-sales costs.
GOAL
Improve user efficiency in problem-solving, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and reducing after-sales costs.
CHALLENGEEach product manager is responsible for a specific module. In the absence of a dedicated product owner, I take on the role of project facilitator, collaborating with different stakeholders to develop a thorough plan.
